Event communications
Messages are sent for a specific event on behalf of its host. Invitations are personal and event details should not be shared unless the host permits it.
Guest responses
Please provide accurate RSVP and party details. Tell us promptly if your attendance or requirements change. Entry and seating remain subject to the host’s final guest list.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our messaging, guest-list, ticketing or access systems, attempt unauthorised access, or use an invitation or pass belonging to someone else.
Service availability
We work to keep our services available and information accurate, but delivery and availability can be affected by telecommunications providers, venues and third-party platforms. Event details supplied by the host may change.
