How to request deletion
Email info@tgevents.ae with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name, mobile number and event needed to identify the relevant record.
Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.
What happens next
We will delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm the outcome, except where retention is required for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
